Okay, so the notes are full of people asking questions about the book so apparently, some of the fandom still hadn’t heard this yet. The notes have a link to the book content including, but not limited to: deletion of Misha by re-arting photographs minus him, jabbing at his charity work and time on the show (in a way that shaded even J2′s work past the early seasons, because tact.), Wincest fluff and J2 hints.
But this wasn’t the only issue with the event, even. There were other icings on the cake. Such as the art and manips they auctioned off “for charity,” or how the event even came to pass. So let’s have a history lesson behind the cut to keep this from becoming any more totemic, but first,
i also saw people like @southbreak asking for what was auctioned off and luckily enough, i remembered that instead of digging through a crap ton of screencaps, memes, and gifs on my phone, i can yank them right off of the hate archive bronly things for kellogg’s bits as well as from paws4akf (under the cut)
there was others but 1. it was like 3 items at most that were free of any tinhatting/incest. 2. there were things that were made by people that had no clue who was behind this or the intent or even the other kinds of items that were up for auction.
that’s another thing. it wasn’t just bronlies in attendance. there were a couple inclusive fans and fans of misha. i feel awful that they got duped into going.
