Sooo I’ve already covered 101 problems with Castiel’s Angels, but there’s a whole new level of “screw them.”
Mostly in the form of art/photo theft-ish, vague photo manip, then claiming she’s painting them onto a canvas, and occasionally posing a picture of her adding a few paint marks.
Keep an eye out, see if your work is being nabbed. Below the cut is some of the obvious horse shit going on. While it’s hazy if everyone will directly qualify this as “theft,” in the very least it’s crazy-unethical.
oh my god. i just remembered the whole reason she’s “painting” these: charity. she’s selling them to raise money for charity.
yuki is right. you can’t sell stills from the show. now someone mentioned that it’s not stealing because they use references for their own personal use. which yes that’s fine because they aren’t selling it. it’s for their own use and not profit.

Given, the vast majority comes from them, but in the last few years, Castiel’s Angels (which is, as you can see in my #blacklisttaw and #castiels angels tag actually a front for cling-on supporters of the jar of Mayo) have developed the most bizarre narrative designed to shut down any conversation they don’t find convenient to them. It’s in the vein of #OnlyLove but tries to employ #BeAMisha while, very clearly, knowing next to nothing about the man despite using his likeness.
Somewhere amidst the insanity of #nancy the destiel shipper memeing, one of their ken decided to try to passively aggressively QT me on twitter. Something something, be nice and understanding, never ever ever point out when someone is being ridiculous, be like Misha, Misha would NEVER, bc the comments on it were “all passive aggressive”.
Well, along with pointing out how utterly hypocritical her attempt to QT-condescend over it was, the question came:
HAVE YOU EVER ACTUALLY WATCHED MISHA COLLINS?
Because like.
Yes he goes out of his way to be kind or accommodating. But here, have some Misha no-tolerance for absolute bullshit behind a cut.

and that’s the awesome thing about misha. he knows when there’s a time to be kind and a time for sass. he knows when a situation calls for it.

you said this on twitter, but misha doesn’t advocate for being a pushover. he advocates for the opposite, actually.
people take the interview he did with forbes about cyber bullying and take the line he said about not responding to bullies out of context and throw it around whenever someone rightfully gets upset and talks about it.
it really pisses me off that people would claim to be fans of misha and use him to silence people and i wish people would knock that shit off.
