BTW, the anti-destiel fans responding to @sassycaslovesdean by sending hate and yelling that destiel shippers are “everything that is wrong with the fandom” are everything wrong with the fandom. While other Destiel shippers are responding politely with a different pov, btw. Antis can generalize all they want but I’m seeing so many Destiel fans saying “no wait, Sam isn’t any less Jack’s dad” and offering reasonable meta as a response. 

The OP was giving an opinion not hating on anyone, and relevant discussion is coming from it. The anti-destiel fans are attacking the OP with insults, generalizations, and character hate while the OP’s fellow destiel shippers are holding reasonable character discussion. It’s bad meta and knee-jerk attacking and grudgewanking not discussion.
