Literally if you remove the tail/streamers and the legs, you have a dick. If you remove the tail and not the legs, you have a dick with legs. If you remove the legs and not the tail, you have a guy that really needs to shave his shit.

Honestly I think those are supposed to be wings and not streamers, because there are no wings anywhere else, but that then leaves us a chicken anatomy question on why the neck is about five times as long as the sum of the entire body.
