It was time, I am sure all of you are thinking this right now, and if you don’t think so you should; for a new change in Cas’ hair, it was time to leave the sad man hair and all it meant behind and start a new phase for Castiel. Like I have said before just like a change in his clothes a change of his hair means the process to end or the end of a part of Cas’ story, a really dark one in this case, we can say finally goodbye to that cow-licked, sad and depressing hair, and say hello to a newer, cooler, brighter( really important because he is pure light, and a character always connected to light and the sun, even more this season) and more perfect hair. Like a man that decides to leave his boring job behind and follow his dreams. After all these years of fighting to keep living, of being tired and having to deal with a depression, after having to see all his mistakes, Castiel has decided to keep going, to keep living and to keep fighting, he has taken a look at the abism and he has decided to stand up and don’t give up, since the empty he has started a new path, he has saved himself and he ain’t going to take anyone’s shit, so get ready world because here comes our angel again. This means a step forwards for him, a really important and big one, the one he deserves. It also means we are getting closer to the real deal, the ultimate Cas’ hair, the “ Dean can’t stop running his fingers throught Cas’ hair” hair.

“New hair, new life” what the Rockstar Hair means:

• “ I’m enough and it’s time for me to show the world who I am and what I’m capable of”

• “I am already saved”
• “ I’m going to teach all of you how to be sassy, because I’ m the master of it”
• “I’m going to fight for what I know is right and I’m going to smite some pals in the process”
• “I have learnt from all my mistakes, I’m not going to fail again, I fell but it’s fine because I’m finally on my feet again”

At some point he will get tired of waiting for Dean and he will just break in the bunker, kick Dean’ closet, I mean Dean’s room door open and kiss the living shit out of him too.
