The way Dean, Sam and Mary all walk in. But Cas literally just shouts “DEAN!”, as usual, someone even picked up on Sam being like – AM I HERE? AM I INVISIBLE? It’s amazing.

Then Cas heals him, JUST DEAN (and this is the first time Dean smiles) even though we KNOW Mary and Sam have hand wounds too.
